“Christian Temperance” is compiled of a series of articles written by Sister White on the subject of health. “Bible Hygiene” was written by Elder James White. It is about hygiene from a biblical standpoint, and is in part due to his own experiences with disease resulting in several attacks of grave illness, as well as being intimately acquainted with the views of his wife on the subject.
